My friend Richard Lentinello has just published ISSUE #1 of his NEW magazine CRANKSHAFT!
For every classic car lover or only if you just enjoy old cars, this is the best automobile magazine I've ever seen. The covers front and back are blazing with excitement of what lies between them. Inside the layout, the presentation, the photos, the history, the talent, and expert delivery that they offer is simply MUST READ, MUST HAVE!
It's 144 pages of excitement of a time when cars were more than just cars.
Richard has been loving, researching, and writing about classic cars for over 50 years. He's written for and been affiliated with such magazines as "Car Craft & Super Stock", "Auto Week", "Road & Track", "Automobile Quarterly", "Supercar Classics", and "Hemmings Classic Car", and NOW HE'S published own magazine. Trust me, it won't disappoint you if you love old and classic cars as much as I do. Richard puts his heart and soul in to his work and "CRANKSHAFT" is proof of it.

Richard left "Classic Car" under stressful circumstances. The magazine over the last year has not been what it once was, not only in content, but also in size. It went from over a hundred pages per issue to 72 pages. The editorial direction of the magazine changed and Richard was not a party to it. There were several others with the magazine that have joined Richard in his NEW magazine CRANKSHAFT. He has landed on his feet with a home run of a magazine. I sincerely recommend the magazine, it's a collectible in and of itself.

Rich Lentinello drove down to NY from Vermont to do an article and photo shoot on my 1960 Plymouth Valiant (which I have since sold) for the March 2011 issue of Hemming Classic Car. Very interesting and knowledgeable guy to spend a few hours with!
I just ordered the magazine on their website. Thanks for the great info, George!

@moe-parr, you won't be disappointed in the magazine. If this first issue is any indication of future issues, were in for car heaven magazine. And yes, Richard is a great guy. I'm going to look up the issue in my mags of the one on your article/story in the March 2011 issue of Classic Car.
