This important delusion is why, when I shower, I never open the window or turn on the exhaust fan. Keeping that mirror steamed up is better for a person's self-esteem.

Living in a small space, I have big mirrors everywhere and am accustomed to seeing myself walk by, but occasionally have a nasty fright!

I'm having a good day until I look in the mirror. Worse yet is when I accidentally place my phone camera on "selfie mode."
