Here's a two-fer. A GMC Motorhome and a '73-'75 Ford F100, both taking up valuable driveway space. I wouldn't enjoy living next door and seeing that motorhome every day. This FWD motorhome is powered by an Oldsmobile Toronado 455 engine combined with a turbohydramatic 425 transmission. Fabricated out of fiberglass, these motorhomes are quite stylish and were produced from 1973 to 1978 in both 23ft and 26ft versions. The one pictured is a 23-footer and is one of 12,921 produced during its six-model year run.

Thanks Pete for the ongoing Around the Neighborhood series. Always interesting what will be next and those faded dreams that once started as high hopes that never happened. I'm with you as I too would not like to be living next door and having to look at that motorhome every day or for any of these cars people just let sit in their driveways to disintegrate but I do like looking at my 1/43 scale model of the GMC.

A sad scene for sure. Too bad the owner does not give a rat's rump what his neighbors think or say. Those two ugly monsters create one hell of an eyesore. From what I can see the surrounding property looks decent enough. Shame on the owner.
