Something I've been doing lately is after acquiring a new diecast model, I buy the original sales catalog. I'm building a bit of a collection of vintage brochures that go hand in hand with my diecast collection. I'm enjoying learning the details about the real cars my little cars are based on!

That's a great idea!  I have many sales brochures that I've collected as a kid, mainly '60's and '70's.  There's a great website I use when researching colors and options.  I can spend all day there!   Link:  Brochures (lov2xlr8.no)

I love car literature and have been collecting for years. With several thousand now, I am starting to wonder how to divest myself of many of these. I keep some close at hand but most are in plastic storage bins. Jaguar, Audi, BMW, Ferrari etc, British Sports cars and 1960s Muscle Car brochures are the ones I like most as well as any car that I have owned.

When shows start again, I will start selling along with surplus model cars. I stopped using eBay due to mailing issues a few years ago. I'm in Canada  which currently adds a complication.
