Our calls here in Melbourne to the 1800, 13 numbers go like this:
1st 5 minutes we're told to to to http://www.wedontcare.com.au for all the answers to every question ever asked except the one you're calling about.
Next were told of the wonders of the companys security policy for about the same time.
After that we are given about 20 different button pushing options, heaven help you if u pick the wrong one, its back to square one, which usually happens because you've forgotten which one to push by the end of it.
Then follows the 20 minutes of distorted scratchy elevator music.
Finally a delightfully sounding person in a faraway land answers and we proceed to have a conversation where neither of us can understand a word the other is saying!
