Cats and Boxes.

Oops, that's a large kitty cat.

Large bags work well too:

Gotta love a cat...any size will do.

@sizedoesmatter +1! Boxes and bags are some of the best attractions you can give a cat.

We just bought our cat a fancy new bed.  He won't go in it.  We tried catnip but no dice.

So, I will now put a box in the bed to see what happens.

@bob-jackman Thanks....  we used to have beautiful cats - they're very unique animals.   They let you into their world, if you're lucky.  😉 😉

@chris We have a former neighborhood  cat who wouldn't let anyone near him for years. One day he decided he would accept me as his buddy. Domino is now an indoor cat and runs the house along with Barkley our yellow lab/ golden retriever mix. Domino must have forgotten to read the manual on how cats are supposed to act. He comes when we call him and sits next to Barkley when we go to the pantry for their treats. Today the dog and the cat think when someone visits, they came to see them. Spoiled? you bet and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We never treated our dogs & cats like they were special. OK, I let our dog drink once in a while"

And, YES, I taught the cat to shimmy. Big deal:

And what happened to "fighting like cats and dogs?"

My brother and I serve 4 cats and 1 dog. They don't have beds but sleep on the couch or chairs.   The oldest cat likes to sleep against the dog.
