Lately my body seems to think that it only needs 5 hours (almost to the minute) of sleep each night. So I have to force myself back to sleep.

@kocour, try about 3g of Melatonin before going to bed. It helps us sleep and is normally a by-product of our nutrients. But, as we age, our bodies produce less of it. It's a natural and gentle way to help us sleep. Click here for some details.

Thanks for the info, John. If this sleep problem continues I might consider Melatonin.
