My first car was a 1979 Chevy Malibu 4-door.

Grey with a small red pinstripe and a red interior.

Here it is, parked in front of my parent's house.

I am still waiting for a model of it, no luck so far.

In May 1978 I bought a brand new Malibu 2-door.  

I'm waiting for MANY - including these:

my first car, bought in 1970. Mazda 1500 designed by Ghia. Fat chance of ever finding a model I'd say.

Thanks, Chris.  I have seen the Jada. Too crude for me.  That detailed JoHan looks great.  Wish it was Cape Ivory.  The unbuilt kit is way beyond my abilities.  The search goes on.

Yep!  One of the FEW times I sold off a 1/18 model because it just wasn't right.    My goal, years ago, was to make it right  but it was just too far gone  so I offed  it!

@chris well whadya know!!! thanks Chris. The Livecar models offering is a bit too dear. Although if I cant find another cheaper version? It really is a must have, thanks again.
