Nice collection of cars. My favorite is the white over blue 1956 Ford Fairlane.

Steve, those are all gorgeous automobiles. My fave is the yellow/black '56 Merc.🤑

I’m glad to hear that you all enjoy these pics. The pickings were a bit sparse last night and we weren’t sure why but we always enjoy our Fridays. T-Bone & the Steaks (last nights band) hit all the right notes !

...gotta love that '56 Merc!      Yellow & black look great, right?      That's one combination I never owned.  😌

Nice variety with two different Lotus cars. Love the engine details.

Looking good Steve!  That sporty red roadster is a Lotus powered 1973 Jensen-Healey Mk II.  Years ago a coworker had a blue 1974 model. Nice looking and fun to drive when it wasn’t at the dealer for repairs, which was quite often.

@chris

I gotta agree Chris. Yellow may not be a color for a car for me but that b/y combo is sharp and that Merc body style wears it perfecly. I think that Ford and Buick look good too. The Buick has been in the family for 50yrs. The owner pointed out the 1957 badge which I hadn’t known about. It’s nice when you get there early and see & meet the owners before they walk the show.

The 1956 Mercury does look great in the color scheme which is exactly the same as one of my SunStar 1/18 1956 Mercury schemes. A beautiful car in a beautiful color arrangement !
