Pretty amazing Trans-Am tribute car. I seem to remember that was a AMC limited edition for 1972 or 3. Nice. Thanks Steve.
All lovely. I'll take the Thunderbird.

Thanks everyone and you’re all welcome.

Thanks Steve. I'm another fan of the T-bird.

That T-Bird looks exceptionally nice. Thanks for the pictures Steve.
Great pics! Both cars are beautiful in their own way. Was the Javelin a clone? It's an incredible looking car!

@geoff-jowett T-Bird for me, too. I would be very happy with that car.
The George Follmer 1972 Trans-Am winner still exists but this is not it. It was a race car with all the safety cage interior and I think a manual transmission. Roy Woods had taken over from Penske that year. I believe AMC starting in 1970 issued 100 tribute cars to celebrate Trans-Am each year until 1973. This one is likely one of those.
AMC won Trans-Am in 1971, 1972 and 1976. I followed this racing through to the Jaguar victories in the early 2000s. A great race series.
