John, know that you are not alone. Events from the past have a way of popping up in different ways through all phases of one's life. Bless you for taking care of yourself at this difficult time.It has been a very troubling time in my life with an emotional crisis - to put it simply.
At my age, you'd think I'd be able to deal with something that happened to me 50 years ago. The mind is a strange place.
The recent death of my mother along with a few other issues have brought some things surging back in a way I wasn't prepared for.
