I swear, I KNEW it!! It was another woman helping her I reasoned she was the rear car owner. But the upshot is, she actually helped the driver learn more about parking.
And yes to the others here - how did she get her license?

@bob-jackman I assume they are but I suspect they would be given a couple of cars space to get it right. I could go on but don't want to be labelled a racist.
