I am drawn to Italian cars. They are usually good-looking, even sensual. Yes, they can be spectacularly unreliable and leave you stranded fifty miles from the nearest dealer who, BTW, doesn't have the parts you may need anyway. But, invariably, they are engaging to drive and challenging to drive well. Their sounds and visceral sensations make me want to drive further and faster every time I get behind the wheel. They are the type of car you get in to drive even if you have nowhere to go. Or, maybe even if you do have a destination, you might just take a little longer to get there. They have "soul". If you don't get it, well...you just don't get it.
Here are some sensational ones;

Great stuff JK. Lots of action for only 6 minutes. I had better stop drooling now.
Great sounds, John, especially the later Ferrari at full chat! Thanks for sharing this.
Thank-you Mr K.
Now would everyone call out their favorite. I'm at a tie between the 250GTO and the Testa Rossa. Musica to my orecchiettes!

If you're going to pick, might as well pick the very top!
I've always been fond of the discreet Ferraris, like the 330 GTC and the 550 Maranello.

Comparing exotic Italian sport cars to American cars is like comparing Champagne with Caviar to hot dogs and red necks, white socks and blue ribbon beer.
