Condolences to you and your family, John. Jim, RIP. You made your mark and will be missed.
This is so sad - I didn't know Jim was that ill. Conversed with him many times and he was such a nice person with a genuine passion for our hobby. RIP, my friend.
My condolences, as well.
This is a real loss for our forum along with others Jim shared his passion with so brilliantly
His roof top dioramas were always miniature works of art along with his stories and events in his life he would pass on; his passion for music never ended from his old band days ......
A veteran from Santa Monica youth we both shared the geography but never met in person or phone; still these forums draw people together enough that you feel you know them well and a loss like this is very sad indeed. Our prayers go out to Jim's family and friends.......Thank you for posting and letting us know
Prayers for your family...I wondered where he's been...WOW...RIP Jimbo!

John, sorry to hear about Jim. That was a shocker. His photography was brilliant. We will miss him.
That's sad news, so sorry for your loss.
I'll continue to say our loss! Jim was a fine man, up beat and always a gentleman. I got tears in my eyes to see he didn't pull through. May GOD bless him and keep him safe and peaceful for eternity Amen
John, I'm shocked to hear the news. I had noticed that Jimbo hadn't posted anything for a while. Didn't think too much of it, but shame on me for not sending a note.
We had done a great trade about a year ago and from that traded many e-mails back and forth. Jimbo was nothing but a class act all the way.
Truly sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and the rest of the Dugan family. I am sure he'll be sadly missed by many.
I'm so sorry to hear this news. I don't come to the car board as often as I used to, but we are all family here. Jim was a vibrant contributor and a great guy. My prayers for you and your family, and thank you for letting us know that he passed. May he be at peace with the Lord.

"...and always do the next right thing." Seven simple words that if followed by each of us, would be the greatest honor to your uncle's memory. Thank you John, for sharing them.
Very sad news, indeed. His photos were certainly among the best ever posted here. R.I.P., Jim and...
...most sincere condolences to you and your family.
So very very sad to hear this.
Very sad to hear this. My deepest sympathies to the family.
