No idea, and we have spent time there. That's the Gulf of Bothnia to Finland's west, the Baltic Sea below it and its major city, Helsinki. Russia's to its east. The markers, covering the country may be reindeer for all I know. ??

It could be all the bathing capped heads of individuals gathered for the annual Gulf of Bothnia polar bear swim......it definitely could be!
....once again, I learned something. Apparently, household & commercial saunas in Findland are as ubiquitous there as flat screen TVs are in the States. Who knew?
