Hang in Dick. I've been through some heavy medical stuff last 7 years and it is truly difficult. I feel for your struggles. Make the most of the better days, and get your rest on the not so good days. Aging and health issues are part of the deal in life. I've been trying to finish a Cobra model for a customer for 2 years! Little bit at a time, but it does take my mind off everything else.
