I was elected state chaplain for the Virginia Society Sons of the American Revolution last February. One of my duties is to contact those who are sick and to contact the families of our deceased members. The previous chaplain sent me a box of preprinted greeting cards. When I received my first death notice, I sent a card out to the family. The day after it was mailed, the previous chaplain called me and said, "I forgot to tell you half of those cards are for condolences. The other half are get-well cards." I went back and checked and...yes! I sent a get-well card to the family of the deceased!

I was put "Congrats on the Birth" and "Happy Retirement" in the wrong envelopes!
