Love 'em both about equally. But since I favor the no-vinyl top look and the darker, more formal appearing color on this car - I'm going with the sixty-four!
Both beautiful, but the 1963 is my favorite...sans vinyl roof.
Edit: sans two tone...

Guys, I would have bet the farm that the top is vinyl, only to find out from John K that the top is painted. See pic below. Notice the reflection on the top.

One of my rare TIES! After the beautiful '59, I struggled with the bland '60, the odd curved rear bumper '61, and only in '62, did I notice that Pontiac was again finding its way. From '63 to '66, Pontiac gave us a winning look. My opinion, of course.

I very much like both these Pontiacs. Another tie as I just cannot decide between the two.
This one is easy for me; it's the '63 by a wide margin. I love its crisp, sporty styling and it has been one of my favorite full sized cars since I first laid eyes on it. I must say though that I much prefer it finished in only one color.
'63 for me - I prefer both the headlights and taillights.

Another tough choice! Seeing these without a vinyl roof is rarer than one of George's ties! I'm going with the '64 for the same reasons @Moe Parr went for the '63.

My favorite full size Pontiac of the 60’s is the ‘61 then the ‘64, so it gets my vote today.

With your pic as an aid, one car readily see that the 63 does not have a vinyl roof. I was unaware that a painted top of opposite main color was even available. It is especially different when seeing no chrome strip or other form of color break present. Great detective work JK!!Another tough choice! Seeing these without a vinyl roof is rarer than one of George's ties! I'm going with the '64 for the same reasons @Moe Parr went for the '63.
They are both exceptional, but a very slight edge to the '64 for me.
