He died today at age 86 years. 

I'll always remember Puff the Magic Dragon.

Of course I recall it, too, as the Douglas AC-47 "Spooky".

Those 3 popularize folk music to beyond anyone's expectations....especially those who followed 1960's pop-charts.  

Paul Stookey is the only remaining member; 87 years old.

so sad, loved their music from their very beginnings. Saw then live around 1969

Great memories that disappear at an ever increasing rate.
