I've always loved this Astura. Your post reminds me of a photo of it in one of my books (which one?) when I was vastly younger.

Jack, I'll start you off with...The company was founded in 1906 by two engineers, Vincenzo Lancia and Claudio Fogolin in Turin, Italy.@perrone1 +1 Lancia is a marque that I know very little about; I should take time to check it out.

I have never seen this Lancia in the ‘flesh’. It is a beauty.
