So the poor guy finally made it home at 11 pm, to be faced with accusations of after-hours infidelity in the parking lot. His protests that the stains on his shirt were grease from the tire change, not lipstick, were met with frigid disbelief.

Poor schlub - and here we are with the photographic proof while he sleeps in the doghouse. 

And the plot thickens....the radio station had been changed from the one the wife likes....has the man no shame?

Lol !   

Isn't it amazing the amount of information about the human condition one can extract from a single photograph if one looks carefully enough. (I admit I had to go back and check several times before I realized the gas tank was empty.)

Lol ! There certainly is a whole story (or series of stories) to be gleaned from just one image ......

Sure Graeme; it was difficult to read with the sun's glare coming in the rear window like that!   

@perrone1, no need for that! I simply observed the tires were less compressed than usual.

Lol ! Sheesh, I definitely need to be more observant ....  I miss so many obvious things !

I need to be much more like a Detective Hercule Poirot .....or perhaps Inspector Clouseau.

We have the first 3 or 4 DVD's of the Pink Panther releases with Peter Sellers. We also have and find funnier, the Steve Martin remake of The Pink Panther.
