I'm wondering if this equestrian toilet was created for potty training a child. Or it may be better suited for a small person, maybe for a jockey?

Someone oughta put a “bit” in that horse toilets mouth to “mount” the TP roll.

@sizedoesmatter I'm unfortunately getting a mental picture of a jockey using this equine commode....hunched forward, cap firmly in place, shouting, whip thrashing.... goggled face straining, flush with excitement.
