Mercury Colony Park over Buick in the station wagon category for me.

Buick for me. It's, IMO, a much nicer looking wagon.

Mercury for me. To my eyes, the Mercury looks more modern. and the Buick frumpy.

The Mercury has the hardtop style, lower overall profile and better curves. The Buick stands too tall, looks old and out of date.

Mercury, but without the fake wood on it. I like the Buick too!

Buick for sure. The stuck on metal faux wood applique is to me, unattractive.

Don't do station wagons, I have accepted SUV's over the past 15 years but not station wagons or mini vans, pick-up trucks or 4 door sedans; they all seem like everyday work type vehicles to me, they were made by the thousands and used and abused and most thrown away [junked]; they are similar to everyday stainless steel dinnerware as compared to silver or gold ware, or in cars 2 door sedan, 2 door hardtop, 2 door convertible, or 2 door club coupe for me please when referring to collector pieces I would consider purchasing.
Of course if American in mint condition, built before 1972, and offered to me for free I would gladly take it and most likely enjoy it.
Here the Mercury please it is a hard top. Still don't like wood side though.
In 2 door cars I much prefer the '60 Buick styling compared to the '60 Mercury.
