Poll: Which '55? (4/16/2026)

@brush The Stude is a nice car for sure, but for some reason the Hawk front end always reminds me of a  catfish!

@sizedoesmatter I don't dislike the '55 Studebaker styling, in fact I quite like the Speedster in particular.  I'm saying that in comparison to the beautiful '53 its nose looks kind of chunky.  You're right that a lot of people bought them; I recall them being prevalent in my area back in the day, although most were sedans.

@kevins This Packard Hawk is a full serving of catfish.  IMHO it is not an attractive 1:1 car but the GLM 1/43 model (pics 2 to 4) is one I have and really like!
