'56 DeSoto or Dodge?

DESOTO! To my eyes the '56 was the last of the nice looking DeSoto's until the 1960, which was one of the most beautiful cars ever.

Of this pair, I prefer the DeSoto. My wife’s family bought DeSotos as long as they were available before switching to Chrysler.

I prefer the overall look of the DeSoto including rear deck and tail lights over the Dodge. Dodge improved that look in 57.

This is a very close one but I will go with the beautiful tri-color Dodge. If it was 1955 it would be reversed.

DeSoto. 1956 is my favorite year.
