Going with the sinister looking Dodge for 59!

Those fins are just too extreme for me in 1959.

I like the 59 Impala a lot.  The Dodge is not as exciting IMHO but still nice to see at car shows.

CHEVY FOR ME!  For those of you that have followed my posts here in the Lounge and on the Diecast Forum, you are aware that my very FIRST real car was a '59 Impala just like in the photo above.  Absolutely one of the most fun cars I've ever owned.  I felt like Batman with those fins in the rear.  I like the Dodge too, but in this case the Chevy wins for personal sentimental reasons.

I'm surprised at myself for picking the Chevy!

Chev by a mile! Those incredibly unique fins, a real one off car design.

I went with the Dodge.  I was never a fan of the wings on the Chevy.

Seeing these two makes me scratch my head, trying to remember anything reasonable in 1959 cars.  Then I remembered this one:

s l300

Gosh, did I really write that?

Gotta love the Chevy, but the Dodge is nice too.
