Dayum John, the ‘61 Impala is one of my all-time favs. I absolutely love the ‘59, ‘61 and ‘65. Ford and Plymouth tied.

As a car fanatic kid in this era I loved the '59 and '60 Impalas but when this one came out in '61 I was mesmerized and immediately fell HARD. The body lines, the grille design, the TAIL LIGHTS! I never could have imagined then that the next year would bring my fave Impala of that decade....but I digress. The Ford Galaxie, especially the Starliner, was VERY nice as well but no match for Impala IMHO. The Plymouth seemed like something from outer space to me at that time but in the last decade or so I have really come to like it and its CHRYCO stablemates for their "daring"? design and their place in automobile history. It's always nice to have something totally different in the marketplace mix and they sure achieved that!
Impala, Ford and Plymouth in that order for me.
When I was around 13, one of my Great Aunt and Uncle had a 61 Galaxie 2 door in a darkish blue with a touch of silver. I really liked that car. I bought a model 61 Ford convertible to try to make it. The last 20 years I've grown to like the 61 Impala as much.
I always liked the 1961 Ford. It looks great especially in that color.
Tie for the other two... apples and oranges.

Exactly as presented - Chevy, Ford, Plymouth.
Chevy and tie between Ford and Plymouth for second.
Ford, Chevy, Plymouth.😊
Love the Galaxie, like the Impala, Plymouth too strange for my taste.
'61 a great year love the Ford, Mercury, Pontiac, and like the Chevy, Buick, Cadillac. No interest in the Olds or all of CC.
I'll be the odd man out today. I love the Plymouth for it's stand out design.
Each is a different yet very attractive American full-size automobile ! I have a diecast replica of the 1961 Chevrolet Impala and when I was a small kid, I had a 1/25 promo of the 1961 Plymouth. Lol, that Plymouth was one of the stars, in 4-door police sedan form, of the TV comedy, "Car 54, Where Are You ?"
I love the Chevy and Ford. The Plymouth never warmed up for me. I love the roofline. But, for me, that's like saying, "You ought to meet this girl, she has a great personality." My vote is Chevy, Ford, Plymouth.
