Tough choice but Oldsmobile for its stainless swoosh. Plus it has one of the best names ever.

Retired in Dunedin, Florida.

Both such beautiful automobiles and I would be happy to drive either one. When I was a kid I had a 1/25 promo of the 1962 Chrysler and right now I am delighted to have two colors of the gorgeous 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire from Yat Ming Signature.

Both are nice John but I choose the Olds over the Chrysler. I just prefer its styling.

I love the Chrysler 'letter' cars but 62 wasn't my favorite year for it. The 62 Starfire, on the other hand, is an iconic holy grail car. Olds for me please.

Love the angled lights on the Chrysler, so it gets my vote.

'62 Chrysler 300 my all time favorite Chrysler, with the beautiful electrolumincent dash.

'62 Olds Starfire my all time favorite Oldsmobile.

It should be a tie, but I like the Olds by the smallest margin better for its looks.  Today Oldsmobile wins.

Two beautiful cars IMO. The Chrysler was a favorite because they finally got rid of the fins and the Olds because it was my favorite of the breed in the sixties. Olds by the slightest of margins.

Bob states my position well except in the final analysis, I lean towards the Chrysler.

Oldsmobile, I've never liked the canted headlight look, still don't. That's just me though, lol. I do like the big Chryslers otherwise.😊

Really close between these two.......the second year Olds Starfire and the finless Chrysler 300.

If the Chrysler was a 300H, that would be the easy choice for me, but this one looks to be a 300 Sport, so I'll give it an slight edge over the Olds for the Astrodome instrument cluster.

I never liked this Chrysler.  They just rounded the fins.  I do like the grill.   But that Olds is one of the best Olds ever made.

The 1962 full-size Oldsmobiles were the best looking Oldsmobiles ever produced, especially the Starfires.  Like the Chrysler, love the Olds.
