@bob-jackman My thoughts as well Bob; I love the Chevelle styling, although the Fairlane is a  nice car as well, it can't compare for looks.  I wonder what a comparison between this Chevelle and the Buick Skylark GS 400 would reveal?

Thanks for this post - my favorite mid-size from the 60s is the Ford Fairlane both '66 & '67. Awesome cars and most certainly my choice today.

The Fairlane is nice but not as nice as the Chevelle with its clean and flowing lines.
