Tough choice, but Chevy for me. Both look terrific, the Camaro slightly more so. It also seems like it might be better engineered. And it's a Yenko.

My favorite year Camaro vs. the beautiful, brawny '69 Mach I........so very close.  I vote Camaro; the fact that it's a Yenko seals the deal all the more.  I LOVE this Mustang too though and would be proud to own either one.

I'm not fond of pony cars in general, but these two are the ones I LOVE!  I can't choose between them.  I have to go tie today for the cars.

Yenko Camaro, should it have been compared to the Shelby Mustang??

I know John can compare what ever wants, but wouldn't it have been a closer comparison.

@brush I'm not sure about that Bruce, it seems to me that anything Yenko was sort of in a unique/specialized class of its own....just one persons opinion.

Couldn't the Shelby be "a unique/specialized class of it's own", just curious?

@brush I suppose so; I guess there's no definitive answer.  I tend to put specialized cars like Yenko aside as "non-factory mass produced"

Yenko could be considered a 'tuner' - not unlike Callaway to Corvette or Saleen to Mustang. Shelby actually had cars produced with his name on them.
