Pontiac for sure. Terrific looks and handling. The Challenger had an unfortunate facelift.

Retired in Dunedin, Florida.

I like the Firebird but I like the Dodge more.

This one surprised me. Maybe it was the color of the Challenger, but I hesitated... not for long. I've always believed GM's 2nd-gen F-body cars were among its best designs ever. My vote goes to the T/A.

No wrong answers here - there's a lot to love about each of these beasties. But in the final analysis, the split grille, gargantuan air dam & outrageous fender flairs take my vote!

The Trans Am has a bold appearance and makes a statement, while the 1970 Challenger was an incredible car, by 1973 it was not.

Despite each exhibiting totally different design language, it's simply too close to call - I vote "Tie."     I'd be happy with either in my driveway by 6:00 tonight.  😎 😎

Easy one for me the Challenger gets my vote.  Even though the faces might have change during the run, it was still and awesome looking car.

I don't care for either of them, thus no interest today.

I really like both of these. Tough choice. For a daily driver I would likely prefer the TransAm but for an exhilarating fun ride, to me the Challenger takes it.

As a MOPAR guy I surprised myself and went with the Pontiac.

Pontiac for sure.  By 1973 the Challenger was a shadow of its former self.  Only one model, with an optional Rally package (as shown).  Standard engine was a 318 cid with a 3 speed. Largest engine was the optional 340 cid, with an available 4-speed. The Trans Am's standard engine was a 455 cid with an optional 455 SD, 4-speed trans standard.  I think I would have more fun in the Pontiac.
