In my opinion GM’s 1970 A bodies are the cleanest, most cohesive contemporary automobiles built. Just right size, great handling, and phenomenal power possibilities. My second choice, the wicked ‘67, ‘69 and ‘75 no interest!
'67 is my choice.
'70 is alright.
The rest you can keep!
1970 for me too. Then 1967. Like the 1975 more than I expected.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
67 for me. My first new car was a 66 Skylark GS 400 which was nearly identical to the 67.
I'll be lone man out on the 1975; I think it is good looking!
'67 first. I wish we'd gotten one in 1/24. Then as follows, the '70, '69, the '75 is ok I guess, the battering ram bumpers just dont look very cohesive with the rest of the design. JMHO though. 😊
My first choice is the 70. Always liked that year for GM, next is the 75. My youngest brother bought one when he got out of the Army. He was fond of it till he totaled it. Brother #1 had a friend with a bright red convertible 69 we visited with at many car shows. I prefer the Chevelle and the GTO over the Buick in 67.
'67......Those Buicks were always pleasing to my eye.
I like 67 the most.
the 70 places second
the 75 next
and no comment on the 69.
67, by far. Then 70. Don't like the 69 or 75 at all.
I like all of these powerful mid-sized Buicks and I have scale diecast replicas of at least some of them. Any one of these can make an excellent diecast model for displaying.
If it wasn't for the anemic engine, I would jump right on the '75. I like the mid-seventies A-bodies; as it stands, I vote for a tightly packed '70, '75, '67, and a distant '69. The side sweep on the '69 always made the rear quarters look a bit too bulky for me.
