Six window with that cool bubble roof! The Four window model has the flat roof that looks like the Jolly Green Giant squatted on it!Β

I have to agree with Tony on this one.
The roof on the 6 window seems more proportionate to me.
The Riviera model not the flat top. Β π

No interest in either one.Β Β
I like the open, wraparound glass look of the flat-top

I also am going with the flat top for its visibility and style. It looks windswept.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Two ugly monsters with a low roof. I got a severe concussion in 1959 climbing into one of these. Left a lasting negative impression.
I choose the SIX-WINDOW hardtop.Β Though I know from a historical perspective the "Flat Tops" have a cult following, I've never been a fan of them.Β
As for the '59 Buick in general, I think it is one of the most beautifully designed cars of the 1950's.Β Of the GM ladder line-up that year, it was (to my eyes) the best looking.Β Β

David, sorry to hear of your bad encounter with a '59 Buick. BTW how tall were you?

Five 10 back then. Shrunk a little now.
I thought you would have been taller but you're the same height as me. I rode in a few '59 GM cars back them, not sure if a Buick would have been one of them. I do recall riding in '59 Chevys, Pontiacs and Oldsmobiles, never had an issue with entering or exiting. Sorry again to hear of your bad experience.

Flat top for me but I like both.
Going with the 6 window but I love the flat top too.
