Ford by a hair over Mercury and Lincoln far behind.  If it was '49-50 the Mercury would edge the Ford IMHO.

For me, it has to be that 1951 Ford.

All three are impressive cars, the Lincoln is my favorite of the three years 49-50-51, but the 51 Mercury is the style winner here, although the Ford is no slouch either.

For me, Mercury, Lincoln & Ford

LINCOLN.  Primary reason is that it is so different from the others in grille styling (from any other '51).  It's a very eye-catching car, as they aren't seen often, if ever at car shows.  After the Lincoln, it's Mercury and then Ford.

I'm in agreement with several above:  Lincoln is #1, Mercury #2 but close, and Ford, while #3, is still a beaut.  It was a good year for FORD styling!
