I've always liked the '66 / '67 mirrored coke-bottle mouldings and the '66 seems to have a more agressive grille, which I find becoming.
'66 & '67 for their body side sculpture, then the original '65. Of the first two years, I'm voting for the '67 by virtue of the grill and wheels.
Personally, I like the 65 then the 67, 66.
'67, 66, 65 thnx John 👍

For me, this is a good definition of the "Good, Better, Best" analogy. I like them all, but I like them in the order they appear.

I voted 66 but would steal the wheels of the 67 for it. 🤭

66,67,65 for me. I could be persuaded to reverse the 66 and 67.
I prefer the slight coke body contour of the 1967 and 1966 with the 1967 grill preferred. The 1965 while last for me here is still a respectable design.
As with Jack above, for me it was a tale of the taillights that decided the '67 for me today with this view:
I think the '66-'67 mid-size Mopars stand the test of time exceptionally well!

I have to be the lone dissenting voice here. I've never seen any of these cars in the metal, or I might have discovered some appeal in them, but in pictures I find them particularly tinny-looking stamped-out boxes and wouldn't be a taker for any of them. I guess that counts as another "negative tie" from me!

@graeme-ogg Graeme; I do agree with you that they are boxy looking, etc. but I remember very well when the hot version of the Coronet showed up on the street it's competition was also similarly shaped. I guess I leave it (them) in that era mentally and don't compare them to the more stylish muscle cars from '68 onward. What drew me to the Coronet was that at the time it looked aggressive, had a cool stance and that engine rumble was awesome; both the 383 and 440.
