Wow...this is a tough one but I'm giving the nod to the '61 for the bold styling statement it makes. There's nothing else quite like it.
From the day the '61 debuted, I loved the Grille. Still do today.
Once again, conversation regarding the grille of the '61 Plymouth reminds me of John Roberts' comment "it looks like a bulldog chewing a wasp." Lol.
I take it that he is not a fan.....

They what goes around, comes around. Well that '61 Plymouth grille is today being worn on Toyota's, and it's quite popular.
