Interesting perspective John. Looking at all five in order of attractiveness, to me: 1962, 1959, 1960, 1961, then 1963.
59 followed by 63. Enjoyed the comparison!

WOW! What an interesting twist for "Which One?" tonight. I LIKE IT!
My choices are in this order: 1) 59 2) 62 3) 63 4) 61 5) 60

Voting by taillight only, I love the 61. If it was the whole car, 63.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
This is good John. '62, '63, '61, '59, '60. If it was the front end then '63, '61, '60, '59, '62. I like them all, front and rear, and tomorrow my rankings would likely change:)

Now there is an interesting comparison idea; do the front ends of the same cars and see if the results are roughly the same. I know mine would be.
What a great variation on a theme thanks John. Damn tough choice. I've come up as the sole 60 picker. But could not possibly argue with anyone else's first choice
@david-green David, I'm with you exactly on this set.
I can't take credit for coming up with this comparison, as I happened upon it by chance while surfing the www.

Hard to take our minds off the "whole car" perspective.

I want to add that from the back or the front and every inch in between, I choose the '59. If I was voting on the whole car for each one, they would stack up (no pun intended) with the 62 and 63 flipping positions. But any way I look at Pontiac for these years, the '59 is heads over heels the styling beauty.
