Both very interesting vehicles. I would love to have either one. Thank John.

Overall I went Mercury, really like both, always liked those Ford tailights. 🤪

John, you've outdone yourself, AGAIN. Super difficult. I keep going back and forth. Two exceptionally similar FoMoCo designs employed in different manners.

I like the colors of the Ford. I like the rear end treatment and taillight configuration of the Merc. I like the full length chrome treatment on the Ford. OK, Ford, and that's my final answer. No, WAIT! No, Ford.

I prefer the styling of the Mercury but both are very nice cars.

Tough one!  I like both and have always felt that FoMoCo had the edge on styling in 1952 over both Chrysler Corp. and General Motors.  If push comes to shove and I'm forced to choose the '52 Ford or '52 Mercury, the edge goes to MERCURY!  Reason being, it offers sort of a "custom" look to the more "stock" looking Ford.

Another thought regarding the '52 Ford and Mercury.  I also liked them for '53 through '56 as well.  The taillights on the '54 Mercury in my opinion, are the best of any pre-1954 American car.

I like the Mercury's ornamentation. I'll choose it, but this is close to a tie.

Mercury for me, only because they are the same car technically and the Mercury was considered the upgrade over the Ford.

For me it's the Ford...I prefer the side trim and taillights.
