Or are some off-limit ?
Corinne used to drive our 2000 Blazer more than I did, because of her work.
Until I gave her a Suzuki wagon R, which is better for narrow streets.
But our 1972 Corvette is off-limit to her.
"Drive?" HA! Off hand, I can think of at least 6 cars (new & collector ) my wife has sat in (not driven in ) ONCE or NOT AT ALL! My wife has virtually ZERO interest in cars; I have, however, managed to drag her to a few car shows.
The last time she drove a car I owned was before we were married; in 1988 she borrowed my '84 Pontiac Trans Am H.O.

Sort of difficult to answer right now Joop. Shirley drives her own cars. Her first love for around town was always the C230:
For longer hauls she drove the E350; and I'd drive it if we went out to dinner or a trip:
She doesn't do 4X4's and very rarely drove the Ford F-150:
She loves convertible drives but I do the driving with the M-B SL:
For grocery shopping I use the Cadillac XT5. She has driven it but mostly I use it for daily excursions:
She's recently had recurrent falls and can only walk with a walker. We've been doing a myriad of testing and rehabilitation therapy so driving has been put on hold for her for a while. But she enjoys getting out and will soon be back at tearing up the streets!!
That Mercedes convertible is gorgeous Tony, do you still have it? I love the color combo.
Tony, best of luck with Shirley's recuperation!

I have just the one automotive wonder, and my partner has no interest in driving it whatsoever. I love to drive, so that's okay with me. My entreaties for him to take a refresher course falls on deaf ears.

I have 2 that my wife does not drive. My 2019 5.7 Shaker Hemi Challenger and my 67 Ford F100. She sticks to her 21 Tahoe or if she has to our 05 Avalanche. And by the way she is not a fan of driving in the Challenger, since it is straight piped to the rear and is very loud. In S.C. we have no smog regulations, so off came all the mufflers.
Sorry to hear about your wife's setbacks from falls. Prayers sent your way that she is back behind the wheel sometime soon.

Interesting question about whether spouses/partners drive each others cars. My wife and I have been married over 50 years and we've always each had our own cars. It's never ever been said, "that's my car, you can't drive it", but it's always just been that way. If I drive, it's my car and she rides along and if if she drives, then I'm the rider. And also though never discussed is which side of the garage we park on. I'm on the left, she's on the right.

Over the years Lori drove virtually every car we owned now she sticks to the Nissan Murano. Our other cars are a 2001 Crown Victoria which is covered up because our cat loves to sleep on it. She will not drive the 63 T-Bird or 55 Imperial because she says they are too big. Years ago she used to drive our 61 Corvette but no longer. It seems about four years ago I put a new clutch in it and she says she can no longer push in the clutch pedal....I say that she no longer has the strength because of age which doesn't go over too well.
I've always enjoyed driving, and we've always had one car that was more of a driver's car than the other. From the moment I taught Kelly how to "properly" drive a stick shift, she has enjoyed driving the hotter car almost as much as I have. While we are a lot like George and his wife, each with our preferred vehicle, we both enjoy a fully engaged driving experience. For us, it's something we can do together.

LOVE that Trans Am Chris!!
Thanks, even back then people loved it but at 190hp it was the quintessential "all show, no go" car. I retired it & stored it in 1990 but sold it in 1998 (I think 🤔)

This may be the first time in recorded history any married man has ever said that. 😮 I'm notifying Guinness World Book of Records Monday morning.
