She starred in McMillan & Wife with Rock Hudson. I heard some nice stories about her from my cousin and co-star of that show, Nancy Walker. Nice lady - R.I.P. Susan.
@perrone1 Nancy Walker. Wow. Haven't heard her name in a while. I liked her in all of her roles.
I used to get her mixed up with Estelle Getty, until Estelle was seated at our table for the Thalian's Ball, and I spent the entire evening trying not to wet myself. Although, Morey Amsterdam was on my left side and he didn't help at all.
@perrone1 That's pretty cool that Nancy was your cousin - I knew her best as Rhoda's mom and from those Palmolive commercials. I remember Susan most from M*A*S*H and one of her early film roles "Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows."

Two favorite funny people. I loved Estelle in Golden Girls and Morey was at his finest in the Dick Van Dyke Show.

She will be missed.
She was the spokesperson for Bounty Paper Towels for the longest time. To this day, they ae the only paper towel I buy!
@perrone1 She was a hoot, and after he left the DVD show Morey did very well writing for others and his wife was very nice. I enjoyed chatting with her, too. They were very down to earth and rather refreshing, in that atmosphere of talent and egos.
