This is a broader video of the Range Rover commercial at Tianmen Mountain in China.
As a tourist, you would go up by cable car, then work your way down to 'Heaven's Gate’.
From there, you can walk the 999 steps down, or take an escalator.
Finally, you would take a bus ride thru the 99 curves back into town.

That's some expert driving. I suspect it took a lot more finesse than simply mashing the pedal down and holding on.
