Restaurant Air Conditioning for Cars.

Pardon the pun, but, COOL!  I was 10 back then and don't recall having seen that.

P.S. Edit - In '57, some cars had A/C but you would want to turn off the ignition while you dined. It would be a more viable offering at a drive-in restaurant, but more appreciated and likely more impossible at one of our southern drive-in movie theaters.

some of the truckstop chains I used to visit when I drove OTR,had something very much like this with the addition of a full-window size video screen....internet access and one or two premium movie channels......mighty good livin` for the old fat man

I think it is actually a Pepsi dispenser. Fill up the cool box and let's get moving.

I was thinking it was the condiments....mustard, ketchup and relish.
