Ed,
I scrolled but one level and instantly shouted, "The Beatnik Bandit!" In the '60's my first love was hot rods, dragsters and customs. Big Daddy Ed Roth, Big Daddy Don Garlits and George Barris were my heroes. My favorite cars were the "Outlaw", "Beatnik Bandit" and the "Swamp Rat".

Love all of these. My favorite is the '56 Ford Fairlane Club Sedan. My uncle Johnny had a similar Cub Sedan equipped with the optional 312 CI T-Bird engine, Ford-O-Matic transmission, a black-and-white-style-tone paint scheme, full wheel covers and fender skirts, a padded dash, and seat belts. I loved that car.

Big Daddy Ed Roth! I had the pleasure of seeing Pee Wee Herman at Carnegie Hall years ago, and he opened with a giant maquette of Rat Fink!
