The use of grill for the front of a car instead of grille drives me crazy, perhaps fitting for this site.
Also, using cache when cachet is the right word.

I despise the latest generation and their incessant use of the word "like" and also using "go" in place of "says" or "say".
example: "So he goes what do you mean by that and I'm like totally confused, so I go like what don't you get of what I said?"
