That looks like the two-sided Studebaker dream car. I think it was called the Sceptor ?

I believe there was a four door version designed so that the front and rear doors were interchangeable diagonally allowing for two door castings rather than four.

I'm thinking of the 1964 Studebaker GT Hawk concept car........
