The Cybertruck is becoming more commonplace. Seen one parked in the Costco lot on a recent visit.

And that is scary!  It's like an invasion from some far away planet.  The cost, the looks, neither warrants anyone showing interest.  But I'll say it again, this car(?) is for those humans who NEED to be noticed!  And that too, is sad.

Is it really bullet proof?  There is a scene on Tulsa Kings were a character is in the back and some bad guys try to shot him but bullets don't penetrate.

The Cybertruck, like all Tesla vehicles, is quite common in California.  It's not unusual to see two or three Cybertrucks stopped at an intersection at the same time.  One thing I've noticed is how many are wrapped.  My anecdotal assessment is that at least 1/2 of them are.

A couple of years ago, the Model Y and Model 3 were the top two-selling vehicles in California.  Currently, the top 3 are:

Tesla Model Y

Toyota Rav 4

Tesla Model 3

My dentist drives one of these.  I don't dare tell him how I feel about his taste in automobiles as he has the ability to cause me great pain and get away with it.  He has two offices, one in Calgary and in my town about 90 minutes apart so he puts on mega miles.....but still....is that a good enough reason to be seen driving one of these eyesores?
