I'm going through some old files, both for model cars and car shows. I came across a large file of photos from the 2016 Ypsilanti Orphan Car Show that used to be held at Riverside Park in downtown Ypsilanti. Unfortunately, the show ended in 2023. The last show I attended was in 2018, as the 2019, 2020 & 2021 shows were cancelled due to covid concerns. I didn't go to the 2022 or 2023 shows because of my own health issues. It used to be a fantastic show with a large assortment of orphan marques. The rising cost of the show, falling attendance and issues with Riverside Park and the City of Ypsilanti led to its permanent cancellation in 2024. I have learned that a new show is going to be held at Stahl's Automotive Museum in September, I hope to attend.
Anyway, I came across this file of this beautiful and unusual 1957 Imperial Crown Sedan. I've seen this car at several car shows with the 1st being at the 2014 Concours d'Elegance of America at St. John's. Thanks for looking.

Beautiful car; beautiful paint color. It looks great on the Imperial. Nice shots!
@perrone1 I too like the color. Thanks for the pictures and writeup John.
John, loving the Imperial and your pics of course!

I prefer the single headlight treatment of this '57 over later years of this car; same goes for the Cadillac. The coral color works well on this car.
