Here is a brochure from the early 1950's that was in my Grandfather's files for a newly designed Diamond-T cab-over semi-truck vehicle. The brochure is a 4 page fold-out document that gave the specifications for the new truck.

This one would make a fine replica in 1/34 scale from someone like First Gear, or perhaps in 1/43 or 1/64 from anyone else.

I am sure this was a long-lasting and reliable truck from Diamond-T, although I don't believe I have seen a full-size one. If I did, I was probably only a year or two old at Grandpa's factory workplace !

It's so impressive and totally cool that you have your father's and grandfather's automotive archive files. This is another wonderful piece and thanks so much for sharing it with us!

Thanks, Tony ! By the way, I think the "Tilt-cab" designation for the cab-over truck design was an intended play on words, as C.A. Tilt was the founder and head of Diamond-T Motor Car Company, aka Diamond-T trucks.

Cool stuff. And here, all this time, I thought they called C.A. that because he played so much pinball!  Shut Mouth

Wow, great specs for those that scratch-build, but I don't recall ever seeing one.... 1:1 or scale.
