....when Capt. Chesley Sullenberger had to make an emergency landing in the Hudson River. His skill and experience saved the lives of all 155 people on board. Capt. "Sully" was the last to leave the aircraft. Not my handiwork but I thought a diorama of this extreme quality and unique, historical subject matter needed to be shared.
That was amazing flying...and landing 👍
Thanks Chris, a fine diorama to an amazing survival due to a skilled pilot.
Very nice.

- Yes David I agree completely. Furthermore, I just returned from the airport - I ALWAYS appreciate "pilot skill!" And I KNOW you do too! 😉
- Thanks for the compliments guys..... I figured you'd like this; I was truly impressed! I sure hope this diorama ends up in a museum!

It was nice to see to see an event like this where everyone survived. Well trained pilots with super skills.
A fine 1:43 celebration of Chesley Sullenberger took place a few years ago in the annex behind Sully's tavern! Sully was a big hit! (Note: Quality not extreme but, hopefully, the product is entertaining).

@rogerkerr Pretty neat! I would've never guessed someone would incorporate all that into a street scene, but then again, why not? Thanks for the pics Roger! 👍 👍
Looking at Sullies friends, he might not survive the next crash.
@bob-jackman I'm told he keeps them "at arm's length." The man has massive willpower.
