Great photos John!  I've honestly have never heard of a Holden before.  Looks like a poor man's Plymouth.

@georgeschire

Holden was a General Motors division in Australia, they were a part of the GM family from 1931 to its closure at the end of 2020.

I have always fascinated by the Holden brand since I saw my first one, a 1953 FJ Sedan. I have 11 of them in my 1:24 scale collection-all from Trax.

I like the design of those early 50s Holdens also.

Thanks for the history lesson.  I honestly wasn't aware of this, so nice to be in the know.

Holden was a mainstay in Australia for decades and their cars were interesting.
